🍡 The Prophet's Biography for Youth 🍡
🌿 Review of the book.
On Monday, the twelfth of Rabi' al-Awwal in the Year of the Elephant, Amina gave birth to the master of creation, Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, filling the universe with joy. His face was beautiful, radiant, and luminous like the moon. At his birth, his mother saw a great light that illuminated the world, and she rejoiced, knowing that this newborn would have great importance. Umm Ayman, Amina's servant, rushed to give the good news to his grandfather, Abd al-Muttalib. He came quickly and joyfully, held the blessed newborn in his arms, hugged and kissed him, and thanked Allah. Then he took him to the Haram and entered the Holy Kaaba with him, praying for him extensively, and Allah inspired him to name him Muhammad.
🌿 My opinion:
🍡 Events: The ideal biography book for presenting the essence of the Sirah to adolescents and youth. The book is neither too brief nor excessively detailed. It is truly ideal in terms of mentioning events without delving into extensive details.
However, the wives of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, (except Lady Khadijah) were not mentioned, nor were the names of his children mentioned. There was also no extensive discussion about the Companions, but the Medinan period was covered well, which, unfortunately, I have not found in several Sirah books.
Therefore, I recommend the family tree of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, along with the book 🌸
🍡 Illustrations: The illustrations are truly wonderful and excellent. Even the battles were depicted with excellent and non-repulsive drawings.
A depiction of the Makkans' torture of the early Muslims was drawn, but I found it appropriate (and can be sent privately to whoever wishes).
🍡 Authenticity: The book is authentic, Allah willing. However, as in all Sirah books, the incident of the dove and the spider during the Hijra was mentioned, which many scholars have weakened. I did not find anything else.
