🌿 My Opinion:

🌿 The book incorporates Palestine and the children of Palestine in some of its parts ❤️ .. It talks about Jerusalem, Al-Aqsa Mosque, and more...

🍡 In my opinion, the book is suitable up to 12 years old (for dialogue.. as it relies heavily on dialogue), but for "instilling" values, it should be for a younger age.

🍡 The book is a book for teaching values, a behavior modification book, and a book for discovering weaknesses and strengths, helping the child understand themselves better.

🍡 The truly new idea.. is dedicating pages for mothers after each value.. as the child's mental health is closely linked to their mother's mental health as well..
The book also helps you, dear mother, understand yourself better..

🍡 The book requires long sessions.. It might take more than a month with short daily sessions..
My advice.. dedicate a week for each value.. and make sure to apply it with your child daily and discuss what you have done together daily..

🌿 I really liked the activities that vary from chapter to chapter.. from games to cutting and pasting, to crosswords, to coloring.....
I liked beautiful ideas in the book such as the importance of honesty on page 57, the emotions indicator on page 61, and not compromising on right and wrong on page 59, and many other truly beautiful ideas ❤️
The only negative point I found in the book was the "picture" of the meditation session on page 69, which is taken from yoga to my knowledge, and it is a very small picture among many pictures, but I wanted to mention it.
