🌿 One of the stories where children learn the true meaning of fasting, that it is patience and seeking reward from God, not just abstaining from food and drink.

We will embark on a Ramadan day with Karim, the hero of our story... He will begin on the first night of Ramadan telling us about the beautiful Ramadan decorations, family gatherings, and affection on the first day of Ramadan at his uncle Kilani's house.

And we will learn with Karim about his uncle Kilani and his patience with thirst despite his hard work in the bakery.

And he witnesses his suppression of anger and his patience, repeating "I am fasting" when he encounters an angry customer.

In the story, we will see the family gathering for Iftar, the value of cooperation, and the Iftar dishes distributed to neighbors and passersby.

And after Iftar, we will continue the rest of the fasting person's day and see with Karim and his uncle how Karim remained steadfast in his fast.

🌿 A small comment... One of the stories I really liked... especially the picture on page 19 where the mother hangs the honor board and the children are sitting and praying... I really loved the pictures in it.
